Good questions
Do I really not need to be home?
Correct. Leave your items at the curb or in the alley by your pickup window and we'll grab them. No home entry, no waiting around.
When do you charge my card?
We place a hold when you book and only charge it once we approve your pickup. If we can't take the job, the hold is released and you're never charged.
What if my junk isn't out in time?
If it's not at the curb at pickup, a $39 trip fee covers our gas and we send you a link to rebook 15% off. The rest of the hold is released.
How fast can you come?
Next-day on most bookings. Book by noon and we can usually come same-day for a $39 rush fee.
How do you know what to charge?
Your photo is the estimate. Pick the closest load size, send a clear photo, and we confirm it fits before charging anything.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials, construction and demo debris, dirt, concrete, and tires. Everything else on the "we'll haul" list is fair game.
